Heck Ya! Launches as Youngstown's Premier Fast Casual Spot

Youngstown's dining scene has a new contender, and it's making waves on McCartney Road. Meet Heck Ya!, the brainchild of Bill West, now open at 1680 McCartney Road in Youngstown.

Heck Ya! isn't your average eatery. It's housed in a repurposed shipping container, painted in eye-catching red and yellow hues, signaling a fresh approach to fast casual dining in the area.

Operating every day except Mondays, Heck Ya! welcomes patrons from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday through Friday, and from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

The menu centerpiece is the Filly Dog, a homage to West's mother, Filly, who inadvertently crafted the signature chili dog recipe while preparing dinner for her family. Alongside this star dish, patrons can enjoy a variety of sides, including their crispy fries.
